Morning ....... anyone been out for a is it really really really hard here very annoying, I have managed to drag myself out for the last 3 days running and would have liked to have made it 4.

Tomorrow I will go out, today is all about finishing off the treats so there is nothing left when the real change happens on Tuesday

We were running fine on that burger during SITD

That was a finely crafted diet to achieve maximum energy transfer on the big hill back to HB and was carefully tuned to cancel out that large plate of chips

I am regretting not taking the bike out this afternoon. Oh well, to make up for it, I walked the dog to the co-op and bought more mince pies and some Purple Bars which were reduced down to 16p each.

Oh, and boys, prepare yourselves: my quiche had broccoli in it. You know, green thing, a veg-et-able...
