The knee is fine thank you for asking.
It was only painful for one day.
Which was good news as I did a 100 miler day after that on the normal bike and it was fine.
Have ordered new pedals (Time Atacs) new shoes (Spesh Touring) and will extend the Bent's boom to see how we get on.
and to be honest with you.. I prefer Shepherd's Pie to that muck I posted
.. though Mrs Ian did cook a very scrumptious Cottage Pie last night.

I'm having a tin of oxtail soup and a cheese, ham and pickle sandwich, coz the sandwich was reduced and the idea of soup appealed. Soup was on 5 for £2, so I have 4 more tins in the cupboard!
