I'm to town to get a rather odd bunch of items - bin bags, rubber gloves and nail varnish.

Shopping accomplished. Trousers from Matalan, top from a charity shop, hope it looks ok tomorrow, they were shutting up shop around me and I was quite hasty with the whole trying on thing as I was worried they'd lock me in.

Buckets of required to help me recover.

Yoghurt for afters, am trying to ignore the rest of the Jaffa cakes that are about 2' away from me and calling my name
Late night film tonight is Jaws, one of my favourites, even if it put me off swimming for life
