Right, I'm going to bed. In order to do this, I have to get out of bed, to put the laptop away and clean my teeth.

At least I'm already in my jimjams.

I made a Lego model of the electric trike I am building in the basement. It helps me get the proportions and feel right even if the detail is a bit low resolution.

I should probably head to bed as well. Apart from anything else, I'm reading Lance Armstrong's book about cancer and Le Tour and he's in the last stage of training before the tour starts........ (where's the biting-my-nails smilie?)

Technically it is Hamlet and Dogma acting as models. They are both a bit on the short side but Hamlet is about the right width for me.

Mainly it's my face that gets cold from the windchill, buff pulled up over the mouth helps, over the nose is better but then my glasses steam up

My glasses only steam up when I'm stationary, as soon as I start moving again the cold air clears them up. (I also attempt a very odd breathing when stopped at lights to try push hot air downwards from my mouth rather than up, but I must say it's not that effective...)

Yesterday I had a woolly hat on, and my buff pulled up over my nose, for some reason the dog walkers on the trail weren't as keen to say hello as usual
I will try your funny breathing technique later, though it does sound a bit naff
