My glasses only steam up when I'm stationary, as soon as I start moving again the cold air clears them up. (I also attempt a very odd breathing when stopped at lights to try push hot air downwards from my mouth rather than up, but I must say it's not that effective...)

Same here.
It gives a strange 'Darth Vader with a receeding jaw line' effect that stops my glasses misting over. I only do it when I have a buff on over my mouth as much because that is when it is needed and also because it can't be seen.

Apparently it was invented in the 80's as a cunning ploy to sell more Reblochon cheese.
Seems to have worked, although that gives it all the culinary authenticity of Chicken in a Basket.
It's very good though. Tartiflette, that is, not C inna B.

I made a Lego model of the electric trike I am building in the basement.

I do hope there's a large set of doors and a ramp, or you're in for all sorts of fun and games once it's finished!!!

I did once see some photos of a bloke who built a narrowboat in his back garden, and then had to have it craned out.
Few things would concentrate the mine more that having a few dozen tonnes of metal in mid air, over your house...

I built my tractor in the basement and that came out ok....

I built a boat in an upstairs back bedroom....

I would like that, and had plans to sink a four post lift in the front garden to lower a car down to basement level so it could be rolled in to the house.

I am suffering side effects from my latest meds. I seem to have slowed down and my head is very fuzzy. All my actions are very slow as are my mental processes. I am on Propranolol, only since Monday, and I am not allowed to stop without consulting my GP first. Just recording it here for the record.
