I wonder if elephants have any concept of being off the ground?

I've seen film of elephants swimming in the sea, that must be as near as they get to weightlessness...

Doc, was there anyone else on the mobility scooter, or was the Wol driving it?

St Nicks is hosting a play this week. I'm staying back tomorrow to be keyholder, so I get to see the play. From what I saw of rehearsal today, I think I'll take a book.... :reading:

I have done a bit of tidying up in my woodwork shop. The aim being to stack away the big piles of processed oak from the abandoned 'clients job', dig out my router table from the pile of mess and start working on a foot pedal cable operated trigger for the switch. I now have some lumps of wood glued together for later.

I will be, hopefully, popping out to see a friend about her faulty door lock tonight.

Time for :hungry:

Yes, :cuppa: I think. An hour and ten minutes on the phone - what on earth did you find to talk about?

^_^

I do a lot of listening....

Well, she was telling me about the new project she's taken on as a volunteer at the record office, and I was telling her about my day at work, and.. well, it just goes on and on.....
