Don't worry, I'm still managing to stick to the diet.

'orrible morning followed by a miserable cycle home into a headwind, so stopped off at the butchers in the village and got some proper sausages - bangers and mash for lunch :hungry:

Does anyone want a :cuppa:?

Milk no sugar thanks  and I like my sausages well done with a nice mushroom and onion gravy :hungry:

I'm just having my second :cuppa: of the day.

Feeling  today.
Last night, at about 3.30am, I woke up from a good sleep with a snotty nose and an allergic reaction to something, so I took an antihistamine and went back to bed.
I then had a memory flash back of a moment I had forgotten from maybe 5 or 6 years ago. It was like finding a single loose page from a book. Unfortunately my mind then went into overdrive making up a before and after to that isolated 'page' testing all sorts of possible fake memories looking for one that fits. None did so I have another bit of isolated memory I don't really know what to do with.
I finally got up at lunch time with a banging headache.

Going to take it easy today and let the  subside.

I think tonight will be one of the few times from February-December when I'll be glad of my Altura Night Vision jacket. :heat: Really must sort myself out something less warm for when the temperature isn't hovering round about the brass monkeys ...

Cheers Potsy, I could really do with one.

Had a snooze this afternoon, which helped, before popping back into the workshop for a bit. The router nearly has a cable controlled switch on a foot pedal. I used an old brake lever to make a foot pedal to save messing about with making levers, pivots, cable anchor and adjustment.

I noticed the tractor has a flat tyre, one of the big tyres on the back has gone down:sad: .
Damn, those things are hard to fix by hand!:training:
