the recipe said .. "stick the chicken in the oven and cover with slices of lemon" .. so that's what I've done .. it's a messy process cooking lemon chicken

A shortish but very hard and fast (for me!!!!) blast out in the sun this afternoon. Much fun, though my legs disagree.
