A very rubbish day here, as far as moods go, the tide has definitely gone out. Lots of and . Doctor's appointment in a bit, so there will probably be a subsequent visit to the shop for chocolate and pizza. Comfort eating FTW.

I just wish it would stop raining - went out for a ride today and got soaked again. I'm not complaining but my washing machine is......I think it's time for tea and a marmalade sandwich.

Mum passed away at 9.30 this morning after a long battle with cancer.

Oh Gromit. My thoughts are with you. I lost my dad to cancer in November. It's a horrible horrible disease. One word of advice. Cry as much as you need to, whenever and wherever you need to. Take care. Janey

I've been helping NT measure electrickery. I was Chief-Toucher-of-Wire-to-Battery-Terminal. I was very brave.

I have just solved a problem on a puter by looking it up in an on-line Help Desk. I now know how to embed or link a spreadsheet into a Word document.

I have tried to use them before, but ended up more confusled than ever.

This is cos I am used to being taughted by someone showing me what to do. Rather than a puter explaining it.

Potsy, when I woz at schul there were no caclators or puters.
