This weekend involved driving around the M60, across the M62, up the M1 down the M1, Up the M1, up the A1, across the M62, through Manchester, down the M6, up the M6, round the M60 and then back home. About 470 miles.

I had a lovely time!

Spag bol successfully made and inhaled. I made half a pack of mince stretch to 4 portions with the addition of a small tin of sweetcorn, and plenty of other veg.
