I think I will eat just cat biskits for the next six months. Tasha has lost one seventh of her body weight since last November. 
The target was for her to loose one kilo within twelve months, I think she has about 8 ounces still to loose.

I'd be disapointed with a diet if I only lost a kilo in twelve months. Especially since I could probably gain a kilo in a day, if I put my mind to it.

I was thinking along the lines of losing one seventh of my bodyweight, which might be um .. er .. slightly more than one kilo.

one small packet is about 250g and is 4 x 2 x 2 inches ..... um...
75 x 4 x 16 divided by 36, and again by 36 and again by 36 =approx four cubic yards of fudge 0.1 cu yard of fudge...... something might be wrong in my awithmetric.
