Having a whilst I figure out how to fix the website I just broke.

/note to self: you're not a web designer. Playing with CSS code will always end in and when the website owner finds out. They did let me have a go, so it's sort of their fault. Also, it's on Wordpress, which is just a pain IMHO.

I deleted a vital piece of code, thinking I'd kept a backup copy. But hadn't. HTML and me don't always communicate well. I struggled with machine code on the Sinclair Spectrum

Sort of. After very little sleep it's now back in a vague form.

At least they don't get many visitors - which is the main reason why I'm involved in it. Not the coding stuff.

No commutes = holiday = bike rides?

I'm off visiting some friends next weekend.
Just pondering the notion of sneaking the Brommie into my luggage, and persuading them to drive me to Mont Ventoux (about 60 miles away), and hang around for three hours while I nip up it.
Oh, and dropping me off in Sault and picking me up in Bedoiun would be nice too...

That makes two of us then. Is there a café at the top where we can admire the view and wait for TheDoc? We could walk a very short way down the mountain to cheer him on, then we can all have some more coffee and cake and thendown the mountain together.
