Still hot and sunny here. We went up the local mountain yesterday and had a picnic. Shimmering in the haze, about 50 miles away, was Mont Ventoux.
Did I really ride up that?

I had an excellent start to the week. Watching the Men's coxless fours rowing, which was in with sensible commentary afterwards from Mr Redgrave.
