Night Train

Maker of Things
I have been working out on the aerobic trainer in my parent's gym (a collection of infrequently used kit in the conservatory) prior to dinner. Might have to do that more often.

Physio in a bit.

But first, :cuppa:

Gosh. That's very green! :cuppa:
Hehe, yup, extremely green. The only thing that exceeds its level of greeness is its goodness! Chocked full of anti-oxidants, and gives a massive energy boost with no sugar/caffeine crash afterwards! I'm a bit matcha mad if I'm honest. Love the stuff.

But can you dunk a digestive biscuit in Matcha tea?........and what does it taste like with doughnuts?
Now its not really a dunking drink... However, Matcha can be used in loads of things including baking! You can make matcha biscuits, bake matcha cakes and doughnuts, matcha ice cream, pretty much anything. I often put some in my breakfast smoothie

I'm not really a fancy tea sort of person; I'm quite happy with this:

Just back from the pub ride. We went to one of the regular stops and as I always do when go there, I looked long and hard at the menu and then ordered The Usual. When the food order arrived, she asked who was having the bacon and brie baguette. Up went my hand and she said "ah yes, I should have guessed".
