I am going out for a meal this evening. Steak and ch*ps methinks, and definitely a dessert!

I have just made up a shopping bag for Arch's sister.
Maybe I shouldn't have started that one. Almost every part got sewn wrong, back to front, inside out, in the wrong place, twisted, I think I unpicked more stitching then is in the finished bag!

Oh well, it is done now.
I fancy a beer but I have an early start in the morning, best just have a

Don't you hate when you go out to eat with people and while looking at the menu they say "are you having a dessert?"
Does that question even need asking????
I once went out with a group of other mums and they said "Are we having starters or desserts?"
I was like "erm, both surely?!" I haven't been out with them since.

It took nearly an hour instead of less then 20 minutes, but we won't say anything. It isn't as neat as I would like but maybe I am just too much of a perfectionist. I shall wash it later.

I'll be off to bed early too.

Trouble is, if I have a starter, I'm not likely to have room for dessert. So I have to decide which is higher priority....
