I have just converted an old pair of much loved trousers, a pair that fitted properly and had proper pockets that things didn't fall out of when I sat down, into knee length shorts. I hadn't been able to use the trousers since I got PU foam on one of the legs and ruined them.
Anyway, since having my leg in, first a plaster cast and then, in an orthopedic boot I have gotten into wearing shorts when previously I never showed my legs!
That gives me an extra pair to wear while on holiday!
