Note that the beak needs to be longer perhaps than in these instructions. so that it can bend through the spout and be supported by the rim of the spout. In figure 5, you will see that they have made a short beak. You might it to be longer. I think the tail feathers can be cut how you like.

It can then be decorated with tissue paper, fabric, or anything you like. The limit being your imagination or Olly's imagination.

It may look a funny shape until you turn the wings inside out.

I am guessing here, but it may be just ever so slightly out of scale with the elephants. If you gave the bird some legs perhaps it could be a Talaxigo Gigantisaurus?

Spare cardboard box? Cat bed, surely?

Edited as I recall that it doesn't necessarily have to be spare. In use does just as well. :cursing:

It's funny cardboard boxes should be mentioned, as I took this today:

(This is the box Amazon sent a pair of mudguards and a multi tool in, and that's not a Chihuahua in disguise. )

Out of curiosity penguinking9, do you know the parentage of the dog?

Friends have just sent me a picture of their new dog from the Animal Welfare League. They say that it's whippet x papillon.

It looks similar in the face, and the colour as yours.

Morning all.
No tea for me just yet, going to cycle to the garden centre to meet a friend and have mine with cake when I get there.
What is all this talk of non-cycling forums?? I don't see anything gardening related.
