He is thanks, but actually he made a big batch a few weeks ago and then froze some of it. Thawed out and re heated bol is gorgeous. All ills were forgotten when we were out watching Ross Noble, I was in tears of laughter for most of the show

This has been the best therapy for a while!
The latest on the lighthouse.
I was going to make a simple round disc for the top but decided to get creative about it. It is octagonal and the carving underneath is so that it looks like there are beams cantilevered out to support the walkway around the lantern.
The bit of 4" pipe on top is for scale, and should be about the size of the lantern.
The top is now gluing and the pencil marks have been removed. Need to make the base for it next.
Trying to decide if I should make the lantern too.
I haven't figured out fitting the blender to the pedal powered smoothie maker yet so I haven't done anything with that today.
