Well I am a happy bunny, I had a eye sight test a couple of week ago and need a new pair of specs. My varifocals are an odd prescripton and generally cost about £500 a go which gets expensive when you need 2 pairs ( one for normal and one for cycling in ). So this time I went to see a firm locally who actually do the lenses in house and have ordered a pair with a set of 1.67 lenses which are the next step up in terms of thinness from what I usually have and complete they cost £275 ^_^

While I was there I discussed the possibility of getting some proper cycling glasses and he says if I get the glasses that have the prescription insert adaptor he can do me some custom lenses for about £80 .............. RESULT
