Just had two more fillings done at the dentist. Again, no injections.
Only snag is I am getting electric shocks when my gold crown makes contact with the filling in the tooth below it.
Any dental experienced people know if this is right or not?
The dentist says it is because I can feel the sensitivity due to no anesthetic and it should pass in a week or so. The anesthetic doesn't last that long so that can't possibly be right.
I think it is electrolytic action between the two differing metals and my saliva.
Does gold alloy and amalgam produce enough electricity to to power anything? It sure feels like it could, more PP3 battery on the tongue then a bit of foil left on the chocolate.

Perhaps charging my mobile might be more useful right now.
Since my service provider changed into EE, for that faster then fast G4 that I can't access as I don't have a G4 phone, the battery has been depleting faster then ever.
It is subsiding a bit but still a littleOh darling, with the greatest respect, only you could end up with electric teeth!

when I bite.Still, I have added rubber mudflaps to Emily and changed the rear brake to a V brake removed from a Halfords' Apollo. I also replaced the rear brake cable and outer. The outer was old but good but the cable's new.
My good deed of the day was to lend my neighbour my triple extension ladder and then help him clean out his gutters.
I footed the ladder while he climbed.
I might have to cycle down to B&Q tomorrow and buy a metre of 10mm square steel rod. Only need a few inches of it though.

At work, we collect certain colours of bottle for a local company who make recycled glass worktops and things. We were thinking today, we should celebrate this by devising a cocktail, from the particular products involved. We got as far as Gin, Barcadi and Sherry, but we're not sure how the Marmite will be fitting in.
Perhaps smeared round the rim of the glass, like salt for tequila?

We got as far as Gin, Barcadi and Sherry, but we're not sure how the Marmite will be fitting in.
