I hasten to add that the only peeps allowed to call me that will be peeps who are under the age of five. That is the age of five, not a shoe size of five. ^_^
I have an IQ of 5

Day off today, and I do have to go out to pick up something from the sorting office that had insufficient postage on it, so I've got to pay £1.19 to get it. I bet it's a slightly fat or oversized card.

And it's raining:rain:

My mum bless her didn't realise that there is different postage for different sizes and weights for cards so she did the same to us. The amount itself was a few pence but they charge £1.00 fee and re-postage, cheek

@wol, I'm working through all of the possible combinations of your first name and can't quite get it

Many years ago (as well) Mrs R worked in a hospital where the hand surgeon was a Mr Cockin. His clinic was known as the Cockin Hand Clinic....not surprisingly.

(Please don't show this post to Mad Doug )

Yup, it was 19p short, plus the £1 handling charge....

I seem to be specialising in receiving Christmas cards with unrealistic bicycles painted on them. The first was a tandem, on which the stoker had no seatpost, and whose chainring didn't touch the chain. Today I got one of a lady riding a bike which seems to have Spandex's 36" wheels, and monumental toe/front wheel overlap.

Oh, and no chainstays.

Or chain.

I should be in bed sleeping but I have been emailing a friend in America. He was worried about me, and then realised he had been sending his emails to my old address!
I stopped using my google email ages ago when they started delaying my mail delivery by several weeks at a time.
