That's me back from Larndun, quickest trip down ever, drove round the Staples corner interchange without stopping. I like it when those soft Southerners take fright at a snowflake and stay off the roads.

I'm 5 lbs down since 26 Dec.....I aim to be under 13 stone by end of January.......3 lbs to go!! So it's going to be a tough week.
