Off the top of my head: Oak, cherry, pear, apple, walnut, ash, elm, sycamore, maple, yew, beech, birch, laburnum, chestnut, poplar, holly, larch, cedar, alder, plane.
I think that would be enough but some will be hard to find in bigger sizes.
