The bed goes without saying. The single, that we stored on top of the double in the other room, is in there. I hate HATE HATE the tacky white metal headboard but for lack of time money and effort I will leave it, for now.

Yeah, and anyway, it'll all change once you instigate your office-study-desk-occasional-bed plan...

Just taken the dog for a snow-lit walk in the orchard. Love being able to see the different animal tracks: lots of pheasants, rabbits and foxes in these here parts. Now with added tracks of idiot dog and bumpkin.

I did dinner today, fries on a tray in the oven, grill 2 gammon steaks, heat a small tin of beans and fry 2 eggs, which is why I didn't use the word 'cook'

I cook because I enjoy it. Happily Lullabelle enjoys eating - that's why we are perfect together

By the way, I have put put my hand up....I'm rubbish in the kitchen and always feel slightly intimidated by those pictures that TVC and Lullabelle post
