Talking of cooking baking. I have been watching the Comic Relief Bake Off this evening. Usually I avoid that type of programme, but the cakes Paul Hollywood looks very tasty.

His fizzog is a vary nice shade of suntanned, so I expect his knees are brown as well.

Just got back from seeing the dental hygienist. I now have lovely sparklingly clean teeth. I learned a lot in that short time, plus didn't realize how smelly my breath was through not flossing and brushing my teeth correctly.

I have a bottle brush plant in the garden, that has been well tucked up in a double layer of thick fleece. Should I sprinkle some snow under the fleece so that when snow melts, the plant gets some water?

I don't see it doing any harm, though plants require less water in winter as growth slows down. Is it in a pot or in the ground? If it's in the ground you may not have to water it for a while as the water table is high.
