I took the relatives to the airport this morning.

Not sure what was happening with the traffic but I decided against driving straight home and instead had to go out to Warrington and then to home to avoid the standing traffic queues.

Had two so far and about to ponder lunch.

Yes, everything will be back to normal now, I think.

I did get on with them, and wish to keep in touch. My niece would prefer to do that with face book but having just read the T&C and their data use I don't want to sign up. I like keeping my anonymity on some sites and f b will harvest all my activity on other sites, and devices, and attach it to the data they hold on my account.

Oh well, she will have to write letters email like everyone else.

Very as I couldn't sleep until after 3am, due to a mad coughing session, and an early start to de-snow the car and driveway.

I was telling my niece that I am her 'Mad Uncle' while showing her some of my projects, past and present!

Right, my office is now emptied of guest room paraphernalia. Just wondering if I should start transferring my office into the room, along with all the cleaning, polishing, and decluttering that will need to take place in the process.

The roofers have gone, and Leo is back!

I also found that the relatives have left a 'thank you' gift, a box of caffe latte truffle chocolates.
Not quite sure how to 'eat' the one giant melted truffle that is in the box they brought over.

I shall have some cheese with my for now.
