I've been watching the highlights each day and its getting impossible to get to 7pm without already seeing the result. It will either come on the news in canteen at work at tea time or i'll open a news app on phone and TDF will be main headline or i'll open FB and it will be posted by someone. Oh well just about to watch yesterdays highlights safely knowing that Mr Froome is waving the flag for us again!

Just been to the shop, it is way too warm out there to be out on the bike, think I'll dust off the treadmill and have a nice relaxing 5k run
