Not at all, been fitting the mechs and wheels to the Holdsworth. Just got to try and remember where I put the chain??????

Not a huge amount, no. Chocolates are fine, but chocolate by itself is bleugh. If I have 'neat' chocolate, I prefer a 70% cocoa one, but even then in very very small doses. A small bar would last me a year and then some!
Things like Galaxy, or fruit and nut, or Minstrels I just find really

good morning. We didn't get up until about 10am, that lie-in was much needed. Tea and toast for breakfast then out to buy scallops for Christmas. Now feeling pooped again so sitting on the sofa with . Going to do b****r all today, we need a break.

Back now. Omg it is windy out there. Saw one lone cyclist who didn't look happy at all.. had to give him a wide berth when I ovetook him to make sure he wasn't blown into the side of my car.
