Good afternoon people of the tea (and coffee) world. Just back from shopping and the weather is awful. I spoke too soon this morning as now the skies are black, and we have horizontal rain.

there is even a bit of haiil mixed in with the rain. Wonderful, great, super. Hope everyone is well.

If anyone is watching hinterland on bbc1 it is filmed I Aberystwyth and is and other areas which is about 20 25 miles away from where I live. Great views

It looks dreadful. The sea wall is gone in places, a shelter on the sea front is partially collapsed. Its a real mess.

Yes, it's going to cost a fortune to repair and might damage the summer tourist trade as well as people have a tendancy to assume the worst when they've seen it being battered on the telly.
