Well once I'd finished with a bagful of mussels the day could only improve! I've decide to go for some new camera gear rather than a new bike [will give my current 2 a makeover instead] after much thought...and tea. You're certainly not going to run out of water for brews in Wales that's for sure

From what I understand Houston is built on a delta which is very sandy. It's only 43 feet above sea level so flooding can be a problem. However, housing is CHEAP and there is a lot of work available there.
