Not bad...didn't have a full nights sleep but what I did have was good.
Waiting on new lights for the bike arriving, but need to dye my hair. What's the betting I start my hair and have to answer the door half way through

Mmm.quite high I should think. It's always sods law. I remember once in brum, I was havinng a bath and there was a knock on the door. Needless to say i didn't answer it even though i was expecting a delivery in the post.

I cooked a chicken tikka masala and rice last night.
Not sure what I'll do tonight but I have another pack of chicken to use...maybe a stir fry

It's one of my favourites - usually I can handle spicier stuff, but at the moment the gallbladder tries to kill me if I eat anything other than fairly mild food.
