It's still grey and cold here but little wind so I'm heading out on the bike soon as young man has gone to school.
I need to blow some cobwebs away - but first, tea and painkillers!

It was quite funny...I got there about 10 mins before they opened, so was running 10 mins ahead of myself (I'm getting faster!).
The chap who sold me the bike opened up the shop and beckoned me in. I said to him that I had mis-timed and got there early.
"Yeah", he said "I saw you bomb past me in the park and I thought, hey, that's one of our bikes!"
He promised to tuck her in for me
