Morning, gorgeous here, sun's out but bit of a bite to the northerly breeze, looking forward to heading out later. May do the same run as I did on Sunday but with the other 40k half this time! Looking at possible routes now.

Should be a nice day up there too WD, if you've got frost this morning that can only be a clear night and early morning, so hopefully it'll warm up quick once the day gets going! Hope you can take full advantage of the day as well SL and won't get too much pain..

I phoned my hairdresser yesterday, I forgot they were closed on Mondays so it was the answerphone, I left the message and completely forgot my own number so fumbled and mumbled a bit and then gave up. I'm calling them again now!

It's easy to forget your own number, because you don't tend to phone yourself. Mr WD never remembers our number, or anyone elses. I on the other hand can remember the telephone number of the company that I started working for when I was 15 years old.

I managed to not spend too much money last night, just some new Green lube and grease (no need for Carry On style follow ups at the back there, thank you...), like their ethics and a reduced price Funkier jersey from Merlin, just want to gradually replace my 'get you started' Lidl stuff with something a bit better, no need for Rapha Sky team kit expense here! No shoes...

Next Tuesday! Next pigging Tuesday for the earliest appointment, how am I going to be all 'aero' with this mop till then! Well, actually they did offer me one for this afternoon but I turned it down due to wanting to go out on the bike...but some 'festival' or other reduces their opening hours this week apparently...
Never mind, and first, while it's there. I suppose at the weekend there's going to be no moving on the roads for 'other people', so better to get out and enjoy it while I can... Have fun all.
