Worcester Balloons is the company MrWC & I went on a balloon ride with many years ago, when WCMnr was wee. Big rainbow balloon. Went up to 6500 feet and sat on the clouds drinking ice-cold champagne from silver goblets. It was wonderful.

Bend your knees when the balloon lands and does a bounce.

There was a stand at the Uni today offering a Guardian for 40p and a box of Redbush, a Soreen Malt loaf and a free mug.

I once won a pack of Ken Bruce's Shorties in his morning competition matching a song title to a topical news headline... a friend in Arbroath just about crashed his car when he heard my name read out. I'd just started working for myself... 15 years ago now.... doesn't time fly?
