I'd post a pic but I don't have any on my computer, or a scanner.
Anyways he was a brilliant little dog, he travelled everywhere with me all over the country for years making friends along the way and I shall be missing him enormously.

Thank you again for your words.

My dad had 3 Jack Russells in my formative years... so I always had a small white and brindled dog skipping along by my side as a small boy.... never have found out why they skip on alternate back legs.... did Jim?

It is a common thing with the terriers, Jim used to do that, as well as putting his back legs parallel and running as if they were one leg.
I keep getting 'a boy and his dog' flashbacks but I was 29 when I got him.

I've been told it's to do with their kneecaps, a veterinary friend told me but she used a long latiny/veterinical word in front of patella and that's the only bit I remember.

I'm about to go to bed, and drank my wine an hour ago, but here's to Jim in retrospect...

Ah, you're a canny bunch and no mistake.

Dog bizkit to go with the tea & beer anyone?

Would it be terribly rude to pass on the dog bizkit?;) I'll raise a large mug of builders brew in Jim's honour. And another to wish for a change in luck for Tdr1nka.
