Ha! 5:04 time for a tea and a tired slump... one more drawing to do and then off to see the client [please note: the client not a "client"...].

Any news on the insurance front for the disabled bikes T?

Just had a Twix from the Cafe Vending Machine at our "fully serviced office facility"

Inside the wrapper is an offer of a free cup of tea by entering a code onto

www.shareacuppawithtwix.com

Not sure how many times it will work (it says its a unique code), but the code on the wrapper is MGLBFSMLTL

Which should give you a "Free Tea Coupon" for use at a particpating outlet

Offer runs out at the end of the year

Very decent of you Philip!

After my perusal of New! magazine last week, this week I snagged a copy of The Lady to read over lunch. More my style.

...may be back later?...Dodgy prawns?

Nah, I just meant I might come online again, or I might just watch telly. I'm doing both....

It was a good curry. Prawns are a bit of a luxury, except they are Sainsbury's Basics prawns, so they work out at about 40p a portion, bulked out with some onion, red pepper and courgette.

My nephew Oli loves prawns, I think that's quite sophisticated for a 2 year old!

Miss tdr1nka was eating olives and curry by the age of two!

Is there a brew on the go BTW?

I don't know if Oli has tried Olives yet, I'll have to ask.... But I don't think his mum or dad like them much, so probably not.

They did try him with fajitas, but I gather he was too confused by the concept of wrapped up food.

I'll put the kettle on...

Eee, it's chilly stting at this computer. I'd be warmer in bed. I could, I suppose, have the laptop in bed, but it's so heavy it'd cut off the blood to my knees.

I have a brew to hand and now sprawled on the sofa which is up against the radiator.

It has. Out on the round today, for the first time I thought "ooh, that's wintry!", as opposed to "Hmm, a little autumnal today". Wind must be straight out of the north.

Funny to think, I was in shorts on Saturday, on top of a moor!

Yeah, I've worn my fleece ones a couple of times.

Still, it'll be Christmas soon. We're all descending on Mum again, so I'll see Oli in a couple of months. I'm thinking of looking into Brio turntables...

I've got the balance right for the minute, thermal technical longsleeve top and shorts with my Altura Nightvison jacket and 3/4 shorts. I start the day with my full finger gloves on too.

Next to add to the kit is some sealskinz socks to keep my toes dry when it rains again.

Must get some super skinny mudguards as well.
