Morning all.
It's good to get to work. We have no living room at home. It was plastered on Monday, and it's still drying out, so the windows are wide open and still it's not dry. The dry patches are spreading, and we hope to be able to reinstall the radiator and light the stove by the weekend.
I have to eat my breakfast standing up!

I quite like the effect, with the walls a sort of mottled mixture of pink and brown...
I can just about cope with eating breakfast standing up, but Tea is definitely not meant to be drunk standing up. For a man of my delicate sensibilities, that is barbaric!

Back wheel went out of true on the way to work this morning, not had a proper check but I don't think there are any broken spokes.
Had to disconnect the brakes to stop the wheel from rubbing.
Now with just half an hour to go before I head home I remember the wheel and need to sort it out pronto.

Just got in, took wheel to trusted LBS and it's bent.
Managed to get the worst of the bend out and now it only shimmys a bit.
Upshot is I need a new wheel. Deep joy.
