I need to know how to roast butternut squash (yes, I know it's done in the oven. I mean times and temperatures.)
Tdr1nka is a rather good cook, based on the evidence so far.

I find dicing it, then bunging in the oven at 180-190 celsius for 35-45 mins does the trick.
