You could get them to cut one sausage up into small bits and get them to distribute it evenly on the bread roll leaving no gaps.

Assuming a hexagonal section sausage. There will be tiny gaps if the sausage is round - all the better for holding ketchup...

With due notation of the complexities of the sausagality combined with breadness, I cut my sausages in half lengthways, thus covering a larger area of bread, without significantly adding to the quantity of sausage.

This has the benifitisation of two sausages being of a sufficiency for two thick slices of cottage loafiness of bread. I am however, cognisant of the advisoryness of this constituting a meal as opposed to a mid-morning attaque of the munchies.

It is indeed. It's a tiny picture of part of the most beautiful dress ever created. Sigh... One by Georges Hobeika and was part of his Spring/Summer 2010 collection recently shown in Paris. When it moves it's liquid fire...

Seeing that dress illicited a similar response to that when seeing that perfect, top-of-the-range bicycle that is not only exceedingly functional but is beautifully engineered, and asthetically wonderous. And beyond one's price range. Sigh...
