Well Afternoons folks. I'll brew another as this pot has gone cold.

Been a rotten day. Had a ride planned but the bug has me in it's grip. I'm peeeeeed off I am. I wants to ride my bike (between cuppas that is).

Blimey, how big is this bug? Have you tried insect repellent?

(typing that too fast, my first attempt said incest repellent....)

It's not an enormous bug - just a malais, enough to keep me confined to barracks

I've now learned that this dratted bug wot has layed me out is a recurrent thing. Waxes and Wanes apparently - I had just over a week of OK-ness for the identical symptoms to recurr again on Monday and now I'm still Yuck

Anyway - I'll freshen the pot. I'm not that severely layed out
