Tea coming up!

Could you go across and ask if you could have a go in the digger? That would be more fun than listening to it....

ooohhh The Power of the Internet! They have just finished. It is a shame tho, that they put all the plants, well about twenty plants in the skip with the grass etc. I am sure that I could have found a home for one or two of them. When another house in the street alertered the garden, she asked her near neighbours if they would like any plants. I know it is probably not the best time to move plants, but they could have been given a chance.

Soppy old me I suppose, cannot bear to see waste of any description.

Not soppy at all, very laudable.

Have you tried earplugs for the noise? Or a woolly hat pulled down tight over your ears?

There's a big community project on at St Nicks this week for half term and they are making a mosaic. Tuesday, they were smashing up tiles to make the bits. I was very glad to be out of the centre all day!

Tea?

It's all go here this week. Bearing in mind how much slower is the pace of life in the Wild West Worcestershire.

There is a removal van outside the house three doors down. I do hope they realise what a very quiet and very friendly street they are moving into. ;) Have they got pets?
Teenage children?

Teenage children are a form of pet, aren't they? Messy, bit smelly, difficult to house-train?

I am trying to work out how to make a sort of cage/net thingummy to put fallen leaves in. You can buy new jute bags or plastic coated wire wotsit, but somewhere in the garage there must be a variety of items for a unique version of said leaf bin. If I am not back by tea time, please send out a search party.
