Not in the slightest. They've already delivered letters earlier in the year that have confused people, giving the wrong day for recycling...

In order to work out how many letters needed reprinting (we can reuse the undelivered one, just swapping the streets we take them to), the woman asked me which streets had already been delivered to. So I read them out, one at a time and she jotted them down, saying "yes" when she'd written each one.

As the list got longer and longer, her 'yes' got quieter and quieter and more desolate...

As soon as she'd rung off, I rang David to find out how far he'd got with his delivering, and to stop him doing any more.

As I rang, he'd just delivered the last one...
