Yeah, a bit blowy here today. We were working in the yard washing baskets (makes a change from washing boxes), and keeping a very wary eye on the wind turbine, which seemed likely to self destruct. One of my mates said, it was like being in a Vietnam film, with a constant 'chocka chocka choka' in the background, sometimes intensified by gusts...

Feel much better after a 3 hour nap

Weather looks much better for next few days, bike is looking like it's been left to rot in a muddy field for weeks, but as long as it rides OK I'm not too bothered, tea/dinner/supper is in the oven and the cats are happy after a big feed

What a luverly day today. I took my Binoculars with me on my ride and stopped at the nature reserve. Loads of wigeon and teal but the pintail and gadwall were the highlights.

Ah - I watch that Outcasts thing last night. Have I missed a previous series or something? Uncertain about it - seemed a bit similar to lots of other stuff. I'll watch tonight tho' Just in case it picks up.
