I really should get out of bed and go for a but I cant be bothered.

I'm up and dressed, but that's about it. Going to cycle to the village at some point today and I need to worm the dog, but that's my lot.

I am drinking coffee. Then I will check the tv guide for when the cycling is on - Tours of Turkey and Romandy.

Some gardening may be done, followed by some sitting in the garden, enjoying the sunshine. I can see a very hectic day ahead of me.
