We went to West Bay in Dorset yeasterday, one of the food stalls there sells 'volcano ice' which is a ring doughnut, piled up with whippy ice cream and covered in choccy sauce.

Anyone for tea? There's a fresh pot on the go.

No tea ta but will be having ice cream with home made raspberries soon. Last week (was it really so long ago?) we found Sticky Toffee ice cream. That was nice, if a bit cold.

Does anyone else blow on their ice cream to warm it up?

Speaking of ice creams and aliens...

I got some of these, decorate your own gingerbread biscuits.
Looks like an ice cream cone, or maybe an alien.

Bonkers! Has that one on the right got nipples?

You can't beat sprinkles. I get a piece of cake from the shop on Thursdays (when I'm at Velo Vision) and recently it's had red white and blue sprinkles on it, a left over from the royal wedding. When you mop them up with a finger, it's just the blue ones that leave an indelible mark on the skin!

You should see the scenery I have got now! Brilliant sunshine, bright blue sky. The sun is low so it is creating a great contrast between light and dark. The sea is a very dark blue. Calm sea, as we are passing through narrow channels. I have got a hot drink, lightly enlivened with something alcoholic, the name of which I cannot spell. I will wrap up in three layers and venture out on deck again.

:hello:
