I'm watching BBC2 History Cold Case, much more interesting then Torchwood IMO.
I am crutch free. I have been walking, in a manner. By the end of the weekend I will be walking properly on the ball of my foot, instead of just the heel, all being well.

You might be right about Torchwood. I dunno if I've grown out of it, or what, but it's not grabbing me. Too many Americans, and none of the old group dynamics.
Good news about the foot! You'll be playing for United in no time. Or something.
It's like the old joke - heart transplant patient says "The doctors tell me I'll be playing tennis in no time. Which is odd, because I didn't play tennis before...."

I haven't watched yet either, had a longer than expected evening ride with the dog. She raced me up one of the hills. Actually raced me. And I swear she was laughing at me as she got there before me
