I have found some scales for £10 little digital ones that should be perfect for my needs, difficult part now is working out things like salad cream, what I call a portion if different from what they say on the label

Have had a good 4 days now, been very disciplined and cycled tp work every day. Will have a weigh-in on Saturday and see what the damage is

Just remember to use the bathroom scales and not the new kitchen ones or you'll have lost ten pounds

If you want 32g, you cut a 100g block of cheese into 3.

Or just use one 20g portion and a half of one 20g portion. I thoughted that you were good at sums. ;)

That would be 33.33 grammes though  that 1.33 could put me over my daily limit

Yes Jo I will use the bathroom scales for my weigh-in, thanks for the tip

Who or what is a Seamus?

Have you seen this pic before Arch? Meant to post it ages ago and forgot, it was on a ride thread on the site somewhere.

Yes, in full time trial mode. I presume he rides with Leopard Trek.
Lovely bike, where did you find that?

If he was time trialing for real, he'd have his helmet on:

He has been known to hitch a lift with me, as long as he navigates...

Mostly these days, he watches telly, as he's on top of my bureau facing the sideboard...
