I have found some scales for £10 little digital ones that should be perfect for my needs, difficult part now is working out things like salad cream, what I call a portion if different from what they say on the label

Have had a good 4 days now, been very disciplined and cycled tp work every day. Will have a weigh-in on Saturday and see what the damage is

Just remember to use the bathroom scales and not the new kitchen ones or you'll have lost ten pounds

That would be 33.33 grammes though that 1.33 could put me over my daily limit
