I rode over to the Manchester Science museum today for the vintage cyclist picnic.
It was good, saw Planet chuffing back and forth, watched a bit of Lego solve a Rubik's cube, played with a thermo camera and a little Stirling engine powered by a cup of warm water.
Oh, there were some old bikes and trikes there.

I have been to a BBQ. It did not rain. I ate too much. And then had pudding. Twice. The hill that I cycled down en route at 30mph went on for miles and miles on the way home.

I went out for some Sunday

Just had a big thunderstorm here with the heaviest rainfall I've seen in a long while. The drains couldn't carry it away quick enough.
Some of the lightning was very close indeed with the thunder making the windows shake.
Glad I wasn't caught in it.
