I had and MRI scan once and I am glad to confirm that I do have a brain  they wouldnt comment however as to the quality

Just had a choccy milkshake post commute recovery drink, very nice it was too.
Must put some more on the shopping list for tomorrow, along with the usual Cornetto's and Magnums

Very sunny here and I am indoors paying bills and doing paperwork.

I should get outside with the chainsaw to cut some logs but not feeling fit enough to risk it yet.

The workshop will beckon soon though.

I have pumped up the tyres on the Marin, fitted a bottle cage and tightened up the stand bolt. And drunk lots of tea. And - take note, Potsy - not walked to the shops to buy chocolate.

*smug*

Anyone for tea?

I needed bread so I stopped in a Waitrose on the way home, because they nearly always have some reduced.

I have compiled myself a luxury meal from reduced items: Tarte Flamme, Cous cous salad and snacksized indian bahjis and samosae. It's a pricy meal from my point of view, must be nearly 4 poundsworth.

The can of G and T was not reduced, but what the heck. It's been a hot hot day.

But first, tea...
