Arch- If only you knew someone who could knock you out an extension using bits of leftover scrap metal and tin cans

We have a 'spare' bedroom that gets used as a junk room/never to be seen again room. It gets sorted out twice a year, once to get to all last winters stuff and then again to find all the summer gear that got chucked in there.
Used to be full of my golfing gear it's now got 2 bikes and various bits of 'bike stuff' including an exercise bike that hasn't seen use for 5 years!!

Milkshake?

hmm milkshake sounds good - though I'm thinking I really ought to have a coffee and get me to bed - perhaps tonight I'll be in it before 1am............

10 mile ride home at 10pm, milkshake, scotch egg and bed for 1am

oh yes - last thing I do before going to sleep is a have nice mug of coffee

even when I've got insomnia I'll have one and then drop (not linked to the caffeine as I've tried cutting it out in the past and the insomnia persists and I'm just even more fed up as I want a coffee to pass the time

Chilean gewurz grapes, they are. I think the yeast has been at them though

It is far too warm here for a hot drink. I might have some milk without the shake.

Tasha allowed me to take some photos of her. So if they are not blurry, and if I can remember how to upload photos, I will post them some time (no promises).

ahh now I was going to have some very similar grape juice - but decided to leave it until the weekend when my lads are with their dad - though that does run the risk that I then won't make it out for a (hopefully) slightly longer ride......)

A smidgeon too late to open a bottle tonight, but that reminds me to put a bottle in the fridge for tomorrow evening.
